If they still cause issues, you may need to uninstall them. If you have any of these apps installed, be sure to close them before using OBS. If you are experiencing an issue where OBS sits as an open process, but never fully opens, this is a likely cause. The driver must either be updated, or uninstalled. Some drawing tablets, most commonly Wacom, have drivers that conflict with OBS and cause it to fail to launch properly. The software must be uninstalled, closing it will not prevent it from continuing to install hooks. This application installs global DirectX hooks which causes major compatibility issues with OBS.
